Main Responsibilities

Assisting with or independently carrying out vision tests and advising customers in the optical store about their visual needs.

Candidate Requirements
  • Preferred qualification: A completed medical degree and a specialisation in ophthalmology. Applicants with these qualifications will be given priority consideration.
  • The position is suitable for final-year medical students with an interest in ophthalmology
  • Graduates with a degree in Optometry are also welcome
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with customers
