CARE+
An optional paid add-on for certain types of damage to glasses, subject to the applicable terms.

CARE+ is an optional paid add-on offered by VE Bulgaria EOOD. Under the applicable terms, it provides certain discounts and services if your glasses are accidentally damaged after you receive them.

CARE+ is not the statutory guarantee of conformity. It does not replace, limit, or shorten that guarantee. Your statutory remedies for a lack of conformity are free of charge and remain available whether or not you purchase CARE+.

What is CARE+?

CARE+ is our additional guarantee, which you can purchase for just 10% of the value of your glasses. It allows a one-time replacement of frames or lenses within 12 months of purchase if your glasses are damaged, scratched, or broken.

CARE+ is suitable for anyone who often spends time in environments where their glasses could be damaged, including around children and pets.

CARE+ costs an additional 10% of the order value, but no less than BGN 5.90.

When ordering glasses, any customer may purchase CARE+ for an additional charge of 10% of the order value after discounts, but no less than BGN 5.90.

CARE+ is valid for one year from the date you receive your completed order (glasses).

During the CARE+ validity period, you receive:
  • A one-time replacement of the frame with the same frame or another frame at the same price, at an 80% discount, for any type of damage or scratches. The 80% discount is based on the regular list price, excluding discounts and promotions, on the replacement date. The customer pays the remaining amount up to the full list price.
  • A one-time replacement of the lenses with lenses at the same price, at an 80% discount, for any type of damage or scratches. The 80% discount is based on the regular list price, excluding discounts and promotions, on the replacement date. The customer pays the remaining amount up to the full list price.
  • A 20% discount for you or a family member on a subsequent purchase. This does not apply to promotional products and cannot be combined with other reductions or discounts.
  • Free glasses maintenance: replacement of consumable parts (screws and nose pads) and cleaning.

If the same frame and/or lenses are unavailable at VE Bulgaria EOOD optical stores during the CARE+ validity period, the one-time replacement will be made with other frames and/or lenses at the same price or at a price within ±10% of it.

CARE+ does not cover theft or loss of the glasses, or lens replacement due to a change in prescription.
